CaptureVue™ 2D

CaptureVue™ seamlessly integrates into the Hummingbird Enterprise™ environment and supports a wide variety of native formats including 2D CAD variations such as, e.g. AutoCAD and MicroStation etc, as well as popular raster and business documents including, e.g. MS Office, Adobe PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP etc, to name a few.

Visualise and interact

• Easily navigate documents using, e.g. zoom, magnify and birds eye views.
• Turn CAD drawing layers on or off as required.
• Search document by content whilst viewing.
• Take precise 2D measurements of CAD drawings including distances, areas, angles and arcs.
• Compare two versions of CAD drawing with colour coding for elements that have been added, removed or remain unchanged.

Mark-up and collaborate

• Mark-up documents with a variety of entities including, e.g. lines shapes, text, notes, clouds and symbols etc.
• Control entity attributes such as line type, thickness, style and colour.
• Save and recover to/from DM alongside associated documents.
• View multiple layers simultaneously and activate/deactivate selectively, enabling layers to be turned on or off as required.
• Consolidate multiple mark-ups into a single file.
• Apply permissions to mark-ups on a user or group basis with Read-Only, Edit and Consolidate access rights.

Print

• Add watermarks, stamps, headers and footers when printing documents.
• Print the extents of a drawing or displayed portion to-scale or to-fit.
• Print mark-ups together with document.
• Print multiple documents on a batch basis.
• Match pen colours and line widths to CAD authoring application, enabling identical prints to be reproduced.
